PDF The Mueller Report The Final Report of the Special Counsel into Donald Trump Russia and Collusion eBook Robert S Mueller Special Counsel Office US Department of Justice Alan Dershowitz
There has never been a more important political investigation than Robert S. Mueller III's into President Donald Trump's possible collusion with Russia. His momentous findings can be found here, complete with
- The 300+ pages of the historic report, as released by the Justice Department
- An introduction by constitutional scholar, eminent civil libertarian, and New York Times bestselling author Alan Dershowitz.
- The relevant portions of Title 28 of the Code of Federal Regulations, the 1999 provisions written by former acting Solicitor General Neal Katyal, which establish and regulate the powers of the special counsel.
- Rod Rosenstein’s 2016 order appointing Robert Mueller III as special counsel and outlining the scope of his investigation.
- Attorney General William Barr’s four-page summary of the report, as sent to Congress.
- Barr's explanation of the four reasons for redacting the report, and a key for identifying them in the color-coded report
The wait is over. Robert Mueller, a lifelong Republican, has concluded his investigation and submitted its findings to Attorney General William Barr. Barr has told Congress that Mueller found no proof of collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia, and did not come to a conclusion on obstruction of justice—neither concluding the president committed a crime nor exonerating him. But Mueller’s report was over 300 pages and Barr’s summary was only four pages, raising questions about the conclusions of a historic investigation.
Special Counsel Robert Mueller III’s probe into Russian influence on the 2016 election of Donald Trump—including links between the campaign and Russian interests, obstruction of justice by President Trump, and any other matters that may have arisen in the course of the investigation—has been the focal point of American politics since its inception in May 2017.
Democrats in the US House of Representatives hoped to use the report to begin impeachment proceedings, with the support of those critical of the president. Media tracked Mueller’s every move, and the investigation was subject to constant speculation by political pundits everywhere. It resulted in the indictments of Michael Flynn, Paul Manafort, Roger Stone, and many others. President Trump and his supporters affirmed that the investigation was a “witch hunt” and the product of a plot by the political establishment—the “deep state”—to delegitimize his presidency.
Mueller’s findings—at least according to Barr—allowed the latter to claim victory. But now, thanks to a subpoena from House Judiciary Committee chairman Jerry Nadler for the full report, a resolution from the House of Representatives to release the full report to the public (though blocked in the Senate by Mitch McConnell), and popular demand, it’s time for public to judge if that is true.
The Mueller investigation will join Watergate, and the Mueller Report will join the 9/11 Commission Report, the Warren Report, and the Starr Report, as one of the most important in history. The Mueller Report is required reading for everyone with interest in American politics, for every 2016 and 2020 voter, and every American. It’s now available here as an affordable paperback, featuring an introduction from eminent civil libertarian, Harvard Law Professor Emeritus, and New York Times bestselling author Alan Dershowitz, who provides a constitutional, civil law-based commentary sorely needed in today’s media landscape.

The Mueller Report The Final Report of the Special Counsel into Donald Trump Russia and Collusion eBook Robert S Mueller Special Counsel Office US Department of Justice Alan Dershowitz Reviews
- I definitely didn’t need Alan Dershowitz’ opinionated introduction! In fact, I wouldn’t have bought this version if I’d realized it was going to be added.
- As a public figure that has demonstrated bias for Trump, Dershowitz should not have written the introduction to this book. His views on the report are presented as fact, not legal opinion. We already had Barr’s dubious interpretation of the report. We don’t need another. I would have bought a different version is I had realized he was involved with this one.
- I also did not like Alan Dershowitz biased introduction. I also would not have bought this version and I am not going to read his introduction further.
- I, too, was disappointed when I began reading this book. Allowing an obviously biased individual the opportunity to interpret this report in a preface takes away my right to read it independently & thus form my own opinion. At the very least, an opposing interpretation should have been included.
- I just returned the digital copy, because after downloading I discovered that’s alam Dershowitz wrote the introduction. That is completely unacceptable
- The value this ebook has is the ability to easily highlight and notate the report, and to have those notations easily viewable so I gave it 1 star. That function is largely negated because the book has not been formatted identically to the actual report with the "same" (see next paragraph) table of contents and page numbers.
Many pages precede the actual report and the actual report used lower case Roman numerals to number the table of contents, beginning the arabic numbering after the table of contents. The ebook should have some system of numbering/labeling the added content followed by the numbering format of the actual report.
This book will be widely discussed and being able to refer to report page numbers is vital. In its present form, I will have to manually note page numbers which will be tedious to do to reference later. This book could be use for generations as a historical reference and, for it be useful, it must be reformatted.
I've read that automatically updating books removes notations. If it is possible to program another version to retain notations that must be done. Otherwise I will have no choice except to finish reading the report in its original pdf version.
I would like for (since you will read my review before posting) to contact the publisher. If the publisher is unwilling to reformat the book, then my choice would be to cancel my order and get a refund. - Finally, the long awaited Mueller Report is here. Since last Thursday I have been reading a downloaded PDF version on my PC of Volume 1 and 2.
Volume 1 did state that the Russian government did interfere with the 2016 Presidential Election. In addition, the FBI opened the investigation on 24 July 2016. Social media such as Face Book, Twitter and Instagram were hacked by the Russians.. (The numbers of 'hacked' accounts are listed and to me, are staggering quantities..).
One of the most intriguing statements that I read concerned the framework of 'conspiracy' and not collusion. Collusion is not a specific offense or theory of liability in the US code. Most interesting to me.
A discussion of the anti-Trump dossier published by Buzz Feed..Am expecting to hear lots more about this in future days. The Trump Tower meeting is discussed in detail.
This report does state that the 'intent" was not there despite multiple actions (10) by the President.. Lots more to come on these actions, am sure. Also, no clear obstruction of justice so more to come on this, as well. There is also an explanation as to the reason there wasn't an indictment of the President.
Many more subpoenas will be issued now that this report has been finally released. And, some of the investigations would delve into the attempts of obstruction of justice and conspiracy. And, of course, all inquiring minds want to know what those redacted comments say!! 'Ongoing matter' and 'investigative technique' were the two most common ones...So, am awaiting to see what these subpoenas eventually bring to light.
There is a lot of information in this report and this review only covers the tip of the iceberg. Miles to go before we sleep with this report and the upcoming subpoenas. Now, it is time for the Democrats to take action...
I thought it was most interesting read and a glimpse into how the wheels function in DC. Now, it is on my for future reference.
I was also interested in the cost of this investigation and, of course, this was not in this book. Final numbers are not in yet but I did locate a couple of estimates on line. Newsweek estimates between $31 and 35 million and CNBC estimates $25 million..
Highly recommended. - Why would this be printed with forward by Dershowitz, Barr and information to negate the report. I thought I was buying an unedited copy of the report so I could read it without anyone bias. I am returning mine and looking for a clean copy.
